Real Me 3 Pro - Refund not credited

I ordered a Realme * pro mobile (*GB****GB) Variant on **.**.**** through the debit card. I paid Rs.**,***/- to realme.com. On **.**.****, I cancelled the order and they told me that I would get the refund within *-* business days. I keep on contacting them for the past * days and they are kept on telling me to wait the next day. Now the mobile has reached back to the seller and I haven't received the money which I paid for the mobile. Kindly help me in refunding my total amount.
