I had placed an order of Ulike Sapphire AIR * Laser hair removal device via meanbuy.com on ** June **** by paying Rs. ****. Total price was Rs. ***** and I was to make payment of remaining Rs. ***** as Cash on Delivery, at the time of delivery. After that I cancelled the order and asked for refund. Initially they said no to refund and asked me to choose another product of Rs
****. I also agreed to it and in september I asked them by that how will the new order placement work as they still had my Rs. ****. They said they would refund the amount and I also said yes. Since then they are saying. they would refund but I have not received any amount and they have stopped replying to my emails and messages. I want refund of Rs. ****. I am attaching all the proofs along with this.
