Initially they said no to refund and asked me to choose another product of Rs
****. I also agreed to it and in september I asked them by that how will the new order placement work as they still had my Rs. ****. They said they would refund the amount and I also said yes. Since then they are saying. they would refund but I have not received any amount and they have stopped replying to my emails and messages. I want refund of Rs. ****.
