reliance samrt - refund not credited

on september *th ****, i visited to nearest reliance smart point at paralakhemundi, gajapati, odisha, i purchased *** item and paid online through phonepay, my transportation was successful but due to their technical issues, they told they didn't received the money, and told me to pay again, after that payment they file a complain for refund, and the manager did the same and told me I will receive my money with in * day. But till now I have not received any refund. so I messaged to the manager, he will inquiry into the matter and give information about the refund, but that he never messaged me about refund matter.
