Few days back I ordered sweets on Swiggy and the outlet ran out of it and cancelled my order. They initiated a refund which I never received. Then yesterday I ordered a wala clock, which came broken, and they again initiated a refund which I didn’t received. I called in my bank they said they never received any refund from Swiggy. Is this how Swiggy treat their customers? Not refunding the amount and saying transaction completed?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
