On **th August I ordered a saree worth Rs.****, Order id P****** ..On **th of august the saree was dispatched via ekart courier with tracking id SLAP**********, but the courier failed to deliver the product due to some logistics issue and therefore it was marked as return, The problem is they do not give proper replies ,they reply rarely..I was told I will get the refund via gift card once when they receive the product,but I insisted on getting the refund to my bank account ,as I never received the product...the last response i got was on *th September and I never got any reply from them
