I have returned a product which was purchased using mobikwik wallet on myntra shopping app and i had returned the product amd refund was initiated by myntra to mobikwik wallet and which is not credited on mobikwik wallet.

Mobikwik wallet – Money deducted and refund not given Open
I have done recharge of *** but recharge was not done and money was deducted. And, its been * days and still they have not refunded my money. Plz help me to get my refund.
