Meesho app - Refund not credited to me

Actually I ordered crazy lips Lipbalm pack of * which I was received on **nd December. But I received different product which is *in * lipstick in defective manner. So I returned the product with valuable photos and information. The delhivery courier service has picked up the product on **rd December. Till now I didn't received any refund to the fake product. I also submitted my bank account statement for verification also. But no one in meesho not responding properly. Everytime they are told wait for * -*days we will solve and give your refund. Actually they are totally misleading customers with their words. Every *-* days they are told like same thing. They are not responding properly. They are ridiculous while solving customers problem. They are also not giving an explanation about the delay of the refund. They are not informed me about the status of the problem. What is this stupidity. They are not trying to solving the problem which I was faced. Please kindly take an action against them. I'm kindly ask you to solve the problem which I was faced. Thank you
