FreeCharge.com - Refund not credited to bank account

Freecharge initiated the refund amount on ** Feb **** which is not credited to my bank account. When they provided me with a number and payment gateway id, I reach my bank. They said that there is no such transaction took place they are unable to trace the transaction. They asked for rbi settlement report. When I asked the same to freecharge, they told me that they do not have any rbi settlement report and every time they are saying the same and providing me with the same number and payment gateway id.
