Happyeasygo - Refund Not credited to Account

I had booked tickets through Happyeasygo with Trip Id ****************** with the journey from Kolkata to Bagdogra(** Apr,****) and Bagdogra to Kolkata(** Apr,****). I had cancelled both the tickets from the airlines due to some emergency. Since the airlines were postponed for more than * hours, I was eligible for a full refund. Air Asia also confirmed via email that they had credited
the amount for PNR ET*GUL on *th May and AYZ*NR ON **th April. I had applied for a refund from the HappyEasygo agency on **th April. Even after the airlines credited the amount, they are refusing to refund the amount. I have also
mailed the Acknowledgement of the refund from Air Asia to Customer Care of HappyEasygo.
