ZORTEX COMPUTERS - REFUND NOT CREDITED SINCE

On **/**/****, I paid ₹*,***.** for an SSD (Order #****) on Zortex Computers. The merchant cancelled the order on **/**/**** due to stock unavailability. Over the last ** days, I have repeatedly attempted to secure my refund via email and their verified WhatsApp channel. The merchant has engaged in severe delay tactics: on Monday, they promised an update that never came; on Tuesday, they repeatedly ignored voice calls and claimed they needed '* minutes' to check before going silent; on Wednesday, they claimed the team was processing it based on account details provided on **/**/****. As of today, **/**/****, no refund has been received, and the merchant has stopped responding entirely. This constitutes a definitive denial of service and deceptive consumer practices. I request the forum to compel the merchant to return my full principal of ₹*,***.** immediately.
