Mobikwik - Refund not credited on my account

I tried to book a velaikaran movie ticket on bookmyshow in **-**-**.The ticket was not booked due to some technical reason from their side but the amount of Rs.***.** was deducted from my account.Then I contacted the bookmyshow customer care service they told please contact your bank. I contacted the bank they told to contact the payment gateway( BillDesk).Then I mailed to them they told finally we settled the refund amount to the mobikwik merchant.The refund amount was not credited on my account till date. I almost waited for ** days very patiently.They don't take any action for my problem.
