Thefoomer - Refund not credited from thefoomer in

I bought two shirts from thefoomer.in website and returned them because I didn't like the way they looked on me.

The return parcel was delivered to them on *th May ****, but on their website, it shows that the refund was processed on **th April **** — which is confusing, as that date is before the return was even delivered.

However, I still haven’t received any refund credited to my bank account.

I have tried contacting them multiple times via email and other methods, but I haven’t received any response or resolution so far.
