shop9x.com - refund not credited from the seller

Hello sir..
I placed a prepaid order for INR **** with shop*x.com on **th july via phonepe.after that i cancelled the order on *nd agust due to delay of dispatching.When i canceling my order they told me that within **hrs my refund will credit to my account. But after ** hrs the amount wasnt credited,then i try to contact their via mail,toll free number,website but i cant contact them. I. think im cheated by them.sir any chance to get back my money.
