Happyeasygo - refund not credited for flight tickets booked in march 2021

I want want to lodge a complaint against this company which provides services of flight tickets online the company name is HappyEasyGo.com. In the month of March last year **** i booked several flight tickets. So the details of the disputed flight tickets are below. The four ticket I booked with Air India and one ticket I booked with Indigo using their platform.

The four tickets which I booked from Air India the journey was supposed to happen in April **** but the flight was cancelled by the Airline side so I am like eligible for full refund for them and the one ticket which is related to Indigo I that ticket actually I could not travel because of covid restrictions so I will eligible for partial refund.

Till date its being more than one and half years I have not received even a single rupee from them. The total cost of refund I am expecting that is for four ticket its Rs.*****/- and for the partial refund of Indigo that is Rs.**** so its total around Rs.**,***/- that I am expecting. So, please help in getting this refund.
