customer support people are irritating me by saying we have sent request to technical people asap we will update. but till now **-** agents sent requests to technical team no response from agents and technical team. when ever I go customer support chat i have explain again again the same thing. they are torturing me asking the same thing. but they will say wait and cut my coversation and forward my chat to other agent. again i have explain same thing to new agent. same repeat to they will say we have sent request. but no update till now. because of this i am getting mental tention sir. I lost all my money because of their customer support negligence and technical team negligence. i want my money back from company sir. Mostbet Indian company is very arrogant and fruad sir.
