My product is pickup on ** th February and since that time chasing for my refund delivery partner is not updated that he picked up the product today I got the picture from delivery partner that he picked up the product still bewakoof.com not ready to listen

Bewakhoof – Package not picked up and delivery delayed Open
I placed an order on **th Dec for a customisable t shirt and still not picked up. They're delaying the shipment and not responding to me over email. And also giving vague responses as nothing can be done.
