i purchased buyer premium service package for **k to purchase the flat in dsmax sprinkles apartment and paid **k token amount to seller.when we check the documents it's litigation property.seller understand that and refund my money **k.but no broker technology solutions didn't refund my **k.if seller backup the deal the paid amount **k is refundable mentioned in terms and rules of no broker technology solutions.but they didn't refund the amount.i want to file case against No broker technology solutions regarding refund in consumer court
