I hd ordered a dress from the shoppers stop online app for Rs ****, returned the dress without opening the package and waiting for the refund since then. they are saying that the product is damaged I told them that I didn't open the product how it could be damaged. the delivery guy who came to take the return clicked the picture of the product and said that the product is completely fine and as it is.. I asked the shoppers stop Team that if they don't believer their customer then they should check with the delivery guy but they are not ready to do so.. so it's completely a problem from their side because they are not ready to investigate after so many calls and mails as well.
