I was follow up my refund against my Ticket Booking reference - PNR F*U*XW booked on ** December **** .Go air is not responding my emails and customer calls. Final call received from go air on ** - January **** and they ask me submit a cancelled cheque. i was submitted the requested cancelled cheque still now there is no response from go air . I was contacted the customercare and ask the status they cut my call while taking .Kindly please help me to resolve my refund issue.
