P MD Ghouse Khan filed complaint against Oyo Kingston residency Mysore on May 29, 2019
I actually booked a hotel for stay with * rooms in Mysore by oyo rooms I have paid total amount that showed by them (Rs.****/-) but when I reached there the property manager didn't provided rooms for stay we all members ** including with girls also waited nearly * to * hours but they didn't allowed us for check-in so I cancelled booking and some of the executives of oyo had a chat with me that we will provide refund to you in next ** working days actually I have booked on **st march **** from paytm but the check-in was on **rd march **** as per them they said upto ** working days I'll get my refund. But I didn't received any kind of amount it's nearly two months I have been talking to their executives many times but they simply hold our calls and make us wait for nearly ** minutes in hold this is such worst experience with oyo . And my booking I'd is QWEF**** please sort out my problem they are not giving response clearly I want my refund Rs.****/- .Thank you and I hope you will get back to me.
