Sir I transferred an amount RS.*** on dated ** sept **** to my friend through SBI phone pay the phone number is correct but amount transferred to another account .In this regard complained to phone pay care centre they stated that the responsibility of SBI .I complained SBI care on ** Oct **** they stated that with in ** days amount refund ho jayega . After ** days I contact with SBI care they stated that Mai isme kuchh nahi kar Sakta home branch me bat karo. I contact home branch SBI salon .They clear deny .Yaha se kuchh nahi hoga. Therefore requested that take necessary action for refund the amount please.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
