Poco F1 - Refund not completed

I brought poco f* from * gud and i got damaged product. After returning the product they are telling me that refund is completed or showing refund complete in the app. but here i cant get any refund . It is not a small amount . ***** is not less i am suffering from * to * weeks . While calling * gud customer care they cut my call or they dont call me back or making fool.
