My friend has made payment in the month Oct'**** for Goa trip for * families for * days & * night which we have twice with the phone executive but later they told us that they are unable to book the hotels for the dates which we have discussed & confirmed earlier, and asked us to reschedule the dates which is not feasible for us to do so we have asked to refund the funds but with that they replied they will refund on **th Nov,**** which again reschedule to *st week of December and the same thing repeated (i.e. refund postponed * times more), now they are telling us wait till *th Jan,**** but we are quite sure that they are just giving one more date. So need your help to get the refund of our money on top most priority. They are even not responding to our mails as well as are not bother to pick up the phone
