Makruzz Logistics Pvt Ltd - Refund not being issued since 80 days

From **th March (cancellation date) till **th June today (Almost * months). I don't know why are they taking this long to refund the amount. They had confirmed on mail on **.**.**** also that within ** days the refund would be credited but despite multiple follow ups on mail and calls since then, there is absolutely no response.
I'll need to approach consumer court and Ministry to Tourism raising this now, as they don't seem willing to refund my money.
