Reshma Dhaga Ethnic Door - Refund not being accepted

The product purchased was not the right fit. I wanted to create a 'Return' on their website, but all it showed was an error message. They have a narrow window for returns/exchanges(* days). The product was delivered to me on the *th of August. I have tried to return it on the website and have sent an email, but to no avail. Please resolve this. There isn't a contact number available anywhere either. I want a refund.
