I have purchased for Rs.**** through mobiwiki wallet. But cancelled the order, so refund for each item was done by merchant. I see those refund in mobiwiki balance history, but shows Rs.* balance. I didn't receive the amount in my bank account too.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
