This bus operator is not approving my refund since * days.

Following is the problem happened and irresponsible behaviour -

I Booked A Bus Ticked From Paytm On ** October. Journey Was On * November.
When I Called On **********(Number Given On Sms Of Booking) In Afternoon To Enquire Of Bus Location For Boarding The Operator Told Me Bus Is Cancelled.
As Journey Was On Same Day I Called Again For Alternative But They Refused.
I Called On +************ By Taking Number From Legendbusservice.Com Contact Us Page.
He Also Said Bus Is Cancelled And No Alternative They Have.
(To Remind Till Then There Were No Communication From Their Side To Me About Cancellation.)
Knowing This I Called Paytm Of This And About Refund Also. Paytm Told Me They Will Enquire It And Within * Days They Will Refund.
But As Of Now I Have Called Many Times To Them But No Refund Even After * Days.
Now Everyone Is Talking Rude And Behave Bad With Me.
There Is Fraud Being Worked Upon From Bus Operator.
So I Have To Raise This Issue Here After Searching Over Internet for Help.
