Hardik Vashishtha filed complaint against Kwabey com on May 8, 2026
I ordered * t-shirts worth ₹*** from kwabey.com on * May ****. The company cancelled the order and refunded the amount to the brand wallet. After that, I placed another order using the wallet balance but cancelled it within a few minutes.
As soon as the second order was cancelled, the order amount changed from ₹*** to ₹*. The website status has been showing “wallet refund pending” for several days even though the company policy states that refunds are processed within * business day.
I have tried contacting the company multiple times through email, Instagram DM, and phone support, but there has been no response. The company does not provide proper customer support or resolution.
I have already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, but the refund is still pending.
I request immediate refund of ₹*** to my wallet or original payment method and proper resolution of this issue.
