Clubriont Hospitality Pvt Ltd - Refund No services against the payment

This is with reference to a membership purchased by me having Membership no CRHB#**** by paying a fees of Rs.***** for three years from Clubriont Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. I want to lodge a complaint regarding a financial fraud committed by the company viz. Clubriont Hospitality Pvt Ltd, having its Branch office at Office no *,*,*. * th floor Junwani Rd, near Apollo Hospital, Smriti Nagar, Surya Vihar, Chhattisgarh ****** (Address : Office no. *** * th floor, At Magneto mall, NH **, Great Eastern Rd, beside Signature Homes *, Jivan Vihar, Labhandih, Raipur, Chhattisgarh ******).
In the month of October ****, I was contacted by representatives of Clubriont Hospitality.
The company agents enticed me with misleading claims regarding holiday packages and vacation memberships. Relying on their false promises, I purchased a package and transferred an amount of ₹***** (Rupees Eighty fiveThousand Only).
The payment was made via ICICI Bank Credit Card (EMI) and Cash to Clubriont's account on **.**.****.
Following the payment, the company has failed to provide any of the promised services or travel bookings. I have recently learned through reliable local news reports that the operators have abruptly locked their Bhilai and Raipur offices and fled, cheating numerous citizens in the region.
I request you to kindly register an FIR against the directors and management of Clubriont Hospitality Pvt Ltd under relevant sections of the law, investigate the matter, and help recover my hard-earned money.
I have attached copies of my payment receipt, bank payment detail, and the company contract agreement as evidence.
