Crazendemand - Refund no initiated

I purchased a saree from crazendemand and i didnt like it. So i read their return policy and contacted the customer service number. I didnt get any response from any number that are mentioned in their website so i thought of sending an email to them yet no response. I tried to contact them via whatsapp and facebook yet no response. Eventually i sent it back as then they wouldnt accept if there is a delay. I kept contacting them even after sending back i didnt get any response so i messaged them on their facebook messenger that i shall resport this issue on consumer forum and list them as fraud. Thats where they kept calling me but i was not available so then i called them back again and they didnt respond. One fine day they responded and the lady spoke to me very rudely sayong why did i send the product back without their consent and i told them that they dont respond and reviews on just dial etc.. are negative about u so it is better that they initiate refund for the product i sent back. She assured it will happen in few days as her boss is away. I waited and then tried contacting them again but no response. So i posted on their facebook page regarding my issue and i saw there were one or two people who wrote the same. Eventually they deleted my message and blocked me as well and they are bot responding to me at all.
The amount is spent is minumum may be but they are doing this to many of their customers who have not liked their products and demanded refund or replacement. They are extremely responsive to people who are interested and ready to buy. But people like us they just torcher.
I received the product on **st march **** and i sent it back on *th april ****.
I am attaching the reciepts if you require chat screenshots i shall send it. Please do the needful and help people like us to get rid of such money making companies.
