Travkart - REFUND NIT PROCESS

I have booked this said trip to Andaman scheduled on **.**.** from Travkart.com. Due to outbreak of COVID-**, the trip got cancelled. I have claimed for refund on **.**.**. It was informed that refund will be initiated after **.**.** and within ** days of processing full amount will be credited. However, the refund is still not processed. They don't even respond to my calls and messages.
