Cover It Up - Refund never processed

I had placed order for two Doctor Strange tee shirts and two back covers for Samsung Galaxy A*+.
I received the new covers. The tee shirts are still nowhere to be found. It has almost been a month since I ordered them. This is ridiculous. The covers that I received didn't fit my phone, so I informed them. They asked me to send videos demonstrating how it won't fit. I did that. Also the tees that were sent were not the ones we ordered.
Next they sent replacement covers which again had the same defect and there was no news whatsoever about the tees. I mailed Idk how many times, but received a constant response.
I haven't received my money yet, it's been a month!
