Shweta Jain filed complaint against Airtel mobile recharge on Feb 14, 2022
Mrs Shweta Jain user of prepaid mobile number : ********** from past * years.
On **/**/**** I made a wrong recharge on my number with the sum of Rs **** via Google pay. The pack includes of ISD benefits I wanted to recharge monthly unlimited pack but by mistake I recharged with ISD pack.
So the very same day I contacted on the complaint number *** and spoke with the customer care executive as well as Manager and even sent mail to the nodal officer on **/*/**** for the refund but they couldn't help me out.
Since this pack is of no use to me I asked for the refund. My point is that human error can happen so what is the solution for this.
And the amount is also on the higher side. Kindly do the needful as I haven't used the recharge.
