Sky blue finance - Refund my processing fees

I hv applied ****** loan.. one executive called me and asked me to pay **** first .. I paid initially.. after that she said me that ***** more arount i need to pay after that only my loan will be approved.. but I have contacted them for my loan.. they have informed me that due to covid situation payment will be transferred to my bank account after **th June.. I have applied for cancellation.. they have informed me that after ** days of cancellation they will refund my money within * to ** days.. but they did not... their contact number is switch off.. I have tried many times.. kindly refund my processing fees voxya so that I will b grateful to you..
