Usashi Realstates Private Limited - REFUND MY MONEY AGAINST APPLICATION NO

Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that I Mili Chatterjee and My husband Mr. Prasanta Chatterjee apply refund application on **.**.**** for USASHI KING TOWN project with details was shown “my mother-in-law is suffering from a critical heart disease” for that purpose money is urgently required. (I enclosed herewith all the supporting documents). After that I have received a Cancellation Acknowledgement letter mail on **th February, **** where my APPLICATION NO. UPT*****. After that I and my husband since last ** month physically visit your office **, Golaghata, vip Road, Jamuna Apartment, Kolkata – ****** offices to regarding money refund, every time your supporting team Mr. Panda and Mr. Abdul which was mention phone no. and contact person name in your Cancellation Acknowledge mail. But every time they can’t assurance when we receipt our money. And also call to your supporting team but no response from your end. In the meantime, my mother-in-law was suffering critical position for requirement of money for her treatment. After that continuously knocked your door I receipt A DECLARATION FORM – Annexure – C and on **.**.****, where I declare without any interest amount, I claim only principal amount Rs. *,**,***/- (rupees three lakh thirty-four thousand five hundred ninety-three only). After that till now I haven’t not received any amount.


I really shocked sir for urgency of my money refund. At this situation what you can do sir. I further your heartiest sympathetically request treat the matter as urgent basis and refund my money as early as possible. I have attached all the vital documents,
