Sony wired headphones - Refund my money

Recieved a product on * august but colour is not same as shown next day i have requested to return my product on * of august but request have been cancelled...next * times I have requested that please return my product finally last and * time I have requested please please exchange my product if you didn't refund but can't accept my request.... Please what should I do??? My parents teases me that bkwass app hai really maine abbh koi product nhi order krna meesho plzz meri money muje refund kr do if you didn't exchange my product...... It's my humble request
