Lapinoz pizza gurugram - Refund my amount

* week ago on Thursday I ordered * pizzas from lap nose pizza app which were ordered on the app for ***rs, the order was received, it was shown on the app but not received. The consumer called to check the status and from the company side they told them the location was not deliverable but the money was deducted. The consumer ask for a refund. He said wait for * days then it took * week now he said he has not received the order even though the order was showing in the app for * days the amount is still showing on his app now consumer wants refund. They don't even have their customer care helpline number. The consumer also called the store */* times.
