I am sunil from vadodara I am plan chardham yatra booked by Deepak kumar in add my India pvt limited in **** and I paid advanced ** Thousand rupees but covid position not done my yatra I am calling please my refund but after call not pick my phone by Deepak kumar, **** pick my phone and answering this year your trip done but same position **** and not done my trip and not refund my amount. **** I am calling many time and mail many time but not answering by Deepak kumar and in February call received and answering this your booking may ** confirm but after called * confirmtion email send from company but after email last * month not pick my phone and cut my phone every time .I don't no my packege booked or not any information me so, I am very tensed and confused so please refund my amount this problem not solve so, I am planing consumer forum against add my trip india pvt limited
