I have paid as advance **% amount ₹*,**,***/- for booking Simplex free Bungalow No.* Road No.* at Phase-*, Hajipur CEIPET road Industrial area Hajipur Vaishali Bihar and payment made during **/**/** to **/**/** on demand or norms of company.
But the company has not been done sale deed of land or construction agreement with me yet.
So, I want refund my advance payment amount due to not done deed or construction agreement yet.
I can't faith on company due to extending of time day to day on phone.
