I am writing to report an unauthorized charge of ₹*** that was deducted from my account for a Story TV subscription.
I did not intentionally subscribe to your service, nor did I authorize this payment. I have not used the subscription or accessed any premium content.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter, cancel the subscription (if it is active), and process a full refund of ₹*** to my original payment method as soon as possible.
Please confirm once the refund has been initiated.
