Upgrad Education Private Limited - Refund money

I have taken admission in IU university from upgrad in March. I have submitted all documents I have to the student counsellor. He told me I need transcript from my college and passport which will be required in October. Then he told me I can pay zero interest emi loan for first semester and rushed me for loan approval without telling me any detail of loan. He send all my documents to credit fair and take approval of loan and told me emi start from may. Then they told me your batch is delay because I didn't submitted transcript and when I submit it they start my batch from that month. But my emi start in April when I call upgrad they keep lying and saying we told you everything you have not submitted your documents thtswhy your batch is delay. Loan emi they also denied. When I ask for cancellation they accept my same marksheet which I submitted * March as transcript. Now today they asking me to submit moi also. Before joining the counsellor told me you can arranged all documents on * month. Your admission is done. Now they are saying we need moi and transcript. They keep lying regarding documents, emi and loan. Not refunding my semester fees and credit fair call me daily to submit the emi. When I ask them why I didn't get student id and college admission letter they are telling me you documents are incomplete. But as per upgrad policy they have taken semester fees before admission and when I ask for college fees receipt. They are not giving me the college fess receipt neither they are refunding semester fees. They are lying too much and asking me to show prove that the counsellor has said that. I didn't record any calls and now they are not accept any mistake. Neither cancel not refunding my money and not cancel my loan.
