Indigo and HappyEasyGo - Refund money not yet refunded

My flight was cancelled by Indigo Airlines and my request for full refund was registered on **th Jan **** by Indigo Airlines. I had booked it via HappyEasyGo website. I also uploaded screenshot as proof of cancellation on agent website i.e HappyEasyGo. But I have not got my refund back, and they are saying they may take * more weeks since they don't know where the amount is stuck in the process. And airlines is telling that amount is already processed and i should contact agent for refund. PNR nos are: WK*B*C and CJBQKC for * way journey between Bangalore and Nagpur on **th Jan **** and **st Jan ****.
