Wholesale Market Surat - Refund money not received

I have placed an order in wholesalemarketsurat.com via online paying *****rs. My order Id is **** and date of order is **.**.****. I have received only goods worth Rs.****. While asking for the remaining goods, initially they said that they will send it soon. Later they said that the amount will be refunded. As the amount was not refunded, I started asking them via whatsapp to which they have said that the amount was already refunded. But though I have sent my account statement as proof for the amount not being credited, they are not refunding the amount. But still claiming that they have refunded the amount via netbanking. While I asked for the proof of the refund like transaction Id or screenshot of their transaction page, they are not sending the same. So now it is quite obvious that they are cheating. I came to know that I am not the first customer who face this. In their fb page a lot of similar complaints can be seen. I have attached the whatsapp chat screenshot. I have the order proof, recorded phone call etc to prove their fraud.
