Reliance Digital Siddipet - Refund money not credited from 2 months

I have placed an order of an cooler on **/**/** and payemnet done for the same. The product was not delivered and its showing delivered in the tracking page. The same thing I have shared to the customer service providers, but after several calls and talks they've initiated the refund process on **/**/**. In the mail it showed withing ** working days your refund will be credited to your account. But till now no refund amount was credited to my account. After ** days I have called more than ** times and discussed the same thing with all of them by a minimum conversation length of ** to ** minutes. But they didn't even given the proper reply and they disconnected the calls everytime.. They said you'll get a reply by today * pm like that, but I didn't got any message, mail or call even a single time also after discussed ** to ** times. This is the worst customer service I have ever felt and faced.. Kindly help me to get my refund back.
