Anytime fitness ahmedabad - Refund money

I visited anytime fitness gym, Iskon for inquiry on **th June Thursday. After all inquiry I convinced to pay tokem amount of ****/-. I paid through my card. They didnt have provided my receipt for that. Unfortunately because of some reason i wont able to join gym. So I contacted gym to refund my token amount. They told me to wait for * day but its been * week and no one is replying my messages.. I want my token amount back ASAP.
