I accidentally activated the Story TV subscription while trying to watch an episode. After the free trial ended, ₹*** was automatically deducted from my PhonePe account through UPI AutoPay without my permission.

I have already cancelled the AutoPay from PhonePe, but I have not received any refund. I also tried contacting customer support, but I did not receive any response.
I do not want this subscription. I kindly request a full refund of ₹*** to my original payment method and confirmation that no future AutoPay charges will be deducted from my account.

Resolution Required: Full refund of ₹*** and cancellation of all future AutoPay deductions.
