I have purchased * T-shirts worth Rs *** from Teestory which were returned back and money was credited to my account as wallet money. When i requested them on mail to send this to my bank account they denied saying it is of lifetime validity and i can use it when i feel suitable.since then i keep on checking products on their website but found nothing suitable. But recently when i tried to purchase products my same email id I was using since starting and had all my conversation from teestory the very similar email id was not recognisable by site. I mailed them again to which they replied escalating to concerned team. Its been *-* days i am constantly sending reminders but they not replying. Only one reply forwarding your complaint to concerned team.
