I recently place an order through tkameez. Also I have done payment through online transaction. Due to some reason I just cancel my order. But there is no refund or any other response from the tkameez support team. Also there customer care is not attending the phone call.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
