Teen Pati AAA - Refund issues

I have done recharge amount of Rs **** on **/**/**** at *:** am by Amazon pay upi. My upi id is **********@yapl and bank transaction id is ************. The amount is debited from my account but not credited in my gaming wallet and also still the refund not given to me. Ive also make compliant with Amazon pay upi, teen pati aaa & home bank online customer services. But there is resolution given to me. So please help me to get my money back.
