Balaji e com web solutions Meesho - Refund issues

I ordered a dress from meesho app on ** th June ****. I tried to pay through Paytm app.since I had network issues, I paid the amount from gpay. Later I found that my amount was debited from Paytm as well.
I called the customer support on that day ,whereas they told that it will be credited to my Paytm account next day. But till date nothing has been credited.
